Regional Shop Category Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Shop Category Manager for our client, a leader in the e-commerce industry in the CEE region.

Responsibilites

  • Excellent command of English (the primary language within the team).
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, product management, and category management.
  • Proficiency in generating sales reports, deriving insights, and providing recommendations based on them.
  • Highly motivated to achieve targets and goals.
  • Good proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with the German/Dutch market would be beneficial.

Requirements

  • Managing ongoing sales activities in subordinate categories.
  • Creating and executing campaigns across various channels and overseeing product selection.
  • Defining the target assortment, brands, and products required for category growth across all channels.
  • Planning, coordinating, and integrating campaigns across region in the relevant categories.
  • Conducting demand planning, committing to promote stock products and managing sales plans by campaign/category.
  • Planning, reporting, and analyzing sales performance in assigned categories.
  • Generating innovative ideas to drive sales growth insubordinate categories.
  • Managing the promotion calendar.
  • Optimizing navigation, filtering, and category display.
  • Developing tools and sales channels.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments on initiatives that impact sales.
