As part of our collaboration with the Danish branch of an international organization involved in both public project implementation and global commercial product development, we are seeking a Scrum Master.
Responsibilites
- Possess a minimum of 5 year of professional experience as a Scrum Master in a commercial setting.
- Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, values, and processes.
- Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence tools.
- Exhibit a high level of adaptability and flexibility in handling change, including last-minute adjustments and shifting requirements.
- Willingness to continuously learn, adapt to various dependencies, and work in a dynamic project environment.
- Ability to comprehend technical issues at a broad level and effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and refine the product backlog for efficient product design and development.
- Provide support to the development team in their daily tasks and activities.
- Work closely with the development team to continuously improve and refine the agile process.
- Coordinate project team members, establish schedules,and assign individual responsibilities.
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate productive discussions, assist in decision making, and resolve conflicts within the team.
