AR Accountant with Czech or Slovak

For our client, an international corporation, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an AP Accountant to join their Shared Services Center team.

Responsibilites

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting(preferably in the AR area).
  • Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Czech or Slovak.

Requirements

  • Accounting for receivables from the Czech Republic andSlovakia (Allocation of incoming payments, payment clarification, contact withexternal customers, handling write-offs, collaboration with the Local Financeand Customer Service Team).
  • Cash transaction handling (Allocation of incomingpayments).
  • Aging of accounts receivable and preparation of otherreports.
  • Credit control for Czech and Slovak customers,including the Dunning Process.
  • Managing the payment order process.
  • Settlement of customer bonuses.
  • Handling complex Czech and Slovak customers, explaining customer deductions.
  • Month-end closing activities.
  • Intercompany customer reconciliations.
