Technical Support Analyst

For our client, a company in the cybersecurity sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of remote Technical Support Analyst.


  • Experience in incident management.
  • Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with the AOS application.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Understanding of fundamental concepts in UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Exposure to or experience with distributed systems, BMC Patrol, Sight Scope, VERITAS, BRMS, and TMS.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and demonstrate flexibility in work schedule.


  • Manages multiple ticket queues, including incident and change tickets.
  • Ensures timely closure of tickets and maintains proper documentation.
  • Provides updates and follows up on issues as necessary.
  • Identifies when an issue requires additional resources to achieve timely resolution.
  • Coordinates and escalates cross-functional efforts for complex technical issue resolution, as needed.
  • Executes all functions within the major incident process.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the server support environment, including handling backups, ILOs (Integrated Lights-Out), andhands-on tasks.
  • Performs reboots, re imaging, and other related processes on physical hardware.
  • Communicates any issues that may impact internal or client teams.
